About the Course

Understand the role of your energy centers (Chakras), learn how to tune in and recognize when they're in balance, overactive or underactive and what to do when you discover an area for improvement. This workshop will cover the use of everything from color therapy, to aromatherapy, yoga poses, mantras/meditation, foods, crystals and use of elements to practice & help balance your Chakras!
