Let's have some fun with poses!Â
This 90-minute workshop will give you the time and understanding to safely enter poses, and learn where to focus your energy/gaze!Â
- Receive alignment and safety guidance to explore your favorite or new poses;Â
- YOU decide which ones!Â
- Option to have your photos taken (with your own device)
- Option practice/learn some partner poses too!
Exchange: $30 per person, $25 for RCF Members
