Morning Yinyasa is a nourishing blend of Yin and Vinyasa designed to ease you into your day. You’re invited to arrive just as you are — even if you’re still a little sleepy. The class begins with grounding Yin postures to gently awaken the body and calm the mind. From there, we shift into a slow, mindful Vinyasa flow that builds connection with breath, movement, and presence. You’ll leave feeling centered, refreshed, and ready to step into your day with clarity and ease.
