In-Person Learning Experience
We believe in the power of in-person connection. Our 200-hour program is conducted in person, providing a rich and immersive learning environment. I will serve as Lead Trainer, for this training which combines Vinyasa and Bhakti yoga, offering a multidisciplinary approach to enrich your understanding of yoga.
What You Will Learn
Over the course of eight weekends, you will delve into seven modules of comprehensive content. Here's a glimpse of what awaits you:
Asana Mat Practices: Deepen your physical practice with a focus on alignment, strength, and fluidity.
Meditation: Cultivate mindfulness and discover the profound benefits of meditation.
Pranayama Practices: Explore the art of breathwork to enhance your well-being and energy.
History, Philosophy, and Mythology: Gain insights into the rich history and philosophy that underpin yoga.
Anatomy and Alignment: Understand the anatomy of movement and how it relates to yoga poses.
How to Sequence a Class and Weave a Theme: Develop the skills to create thoughtful and engaging yoga sequences.
Business and Professional Practices: Learn the essentials of scheduling clients, best practices, obtaining new clients, and setting up workshops.

I am dedicated to serving others on their yogic journey. With over 20 years of teaching diverse subjects, I bring a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to guiding and supporting her students.
My journey began with a transformative 200hr YTT in Hawaii, which sparked the flame of purpose within me. I'm registered with Yoga Alliance as a 500RYT, E-RYT 200, and YACEP, with a passion for teaching a variety of yoga styles and my greatest love of all is facilitating Yoga Teacher Trainings.
